About Us

RRC Roofing Consultants specialize in condominium, light commercial and the residential roofing industry. We provide project management, specification, tendering, assessments and more. 

We various experienced staff to suite your needs, including a journeyman roofer, an Alberta Roofing Contractors’ Association Accepted Roofing Inspector and an ARCA apprentice inspector.

We work with architects, engineers, building owners, property managers, home owners and other stakeholders in the industry.

We have been recognized and accepted as an expert witness by the courts in several civil law suits.

History

RRC has rebranded and was formerly known as Swan Residential Roofing Consultants, which has been in business since 1966. Combined, we have over 100 years of experience in the industry. First established as a roofing consulting firm, we have since grown to offer residential, condominium, light commercial project management and consulting services. In addition, we provide attic evaluation assessments, attic upgrade programs and thermal imaging investigation services.
